Atheist Rap
Atheist Rap got together in 1989 in Novi Sad, Serbia. They received high acclaim releasing their first record "Maori i Crni Gonzales" in 1993. The record found its way to a wide audience through popular fanzines and private distribution.
Atheist Rap has been selling out clubs in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia and Serbia for years now and thus proving that sarcasm and strong criticism of the authorities is a universal necessity for the people in the Balkans.
The band has made 4 studio records so far. Currently, they are on the road promoting their latest release, a live DVD. Over the past years, the band played most major festivals in Eastern Europe and shared the stage with "Die Toten Hosen", "NoMeansNo" and "PTTB". Alongside "Hladno pivo" and "KUD Idijoti", Atheist Rap is the most significant punk-rock band in the region.
They are to perform on Nokia Stage at Vip INmusic festival.
